Terms of Service
These product terms describe the operating boundaries of this Risos build.
Permitted use
Use Risos for lawful research, monitoring, and decision support. Do not use the service to evade platform restrictions, scrape sources that Risos identifies as API-only, profile people in prohibited ways, infer protected characteristics, or bypass source quotas and access controls.
Source-specific restrictions
Risos may expose different capabilities for different sources. A source shown in the product can still be unavailable, connection-gated, quota-limited, display-only, or analytics-gated. Risos does not promise access that a source platform has not authorized.
YouTube
YouTube acquisition, when activated, uses the official YouTube Data API. Advanced YouTube analytics remain unavailable until the relevant Google scope is accepted. Raw YouTube API data is subject to refresh/delete lifecycle controls and may disappear when source content is deleted or becomes unavailable.
Human control
Risos produces evidence-backed intelligence and recommendations, but users remain responsible for business decisions and for ensuring their use of results is lawful and appropriate.
