RISOS Data & Account Rights

1. Export your RISOS data

Authenticated users can open Settings and use the available data-export control. The current export is designed to include supported profile and workspace metadata, research, saved memory, monitors, opportunities, audiences, API-key metadata, and audit history. Secret API-key values and provider credentials are not included in exports.

2. Schedule deletion of your RISOS account

In Settings, open the data and account controls and choose the account-deletion option. The current workflow schedules deletion with a seven-day grace period. While a request is still pending, it can be cancelled before deletion processing begins. Once processing begins, it can no longer be cancelled through that control.

3. What an account deletion request covers

Deletion is intended to remove or de-identify account and workspace information that RISOS is no longer required to retain, subject to organization ownership rules, security records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud/abuse prevention, backup lifecycle, and source-specific requirements. If you own a shared workspace, RISOS may require ownership to be transferred or other workspace administration to be resolved before the account can be fully removed.

4. Revoke Google or other authorized integrations

If a RISOS feature uses user authorization from an external provider, you may revoke that authorization through the provider and, where offered, through RISOS controls. Google permissions can also be reviewed and revoked at Google’s security permissions page.

Provider-specific data accessed under a revoked authorization is handled according to the applicable provider policy. Where YouTube Authorized Data is involved, RISOS will follow the applicable YouTube revocation and deletion requirements. Provider-specific deletion requirements operate independently of the general seven-day RISOS account grace period where necessary.

5. Deleting RISOS data does not delete source-platform data

Deleting information stored by RISOS does not delete public information or content stored by a third-party source such as Google or YouTube. To delete or change data hosted by another service, use that service or another authorized client that supports the required action.

6. Other privacy requests

Depending on where you live and how RISOS processes your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, consent withdrawal, or an appeal of a denied request. RISOS does not currently sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no separate advertising-sale opt-out is currently offered for a practice RISOS does not conduct.

7. Submit a request when the control is not available

If the requested action is not available in-product or you cannot access your account, email hello@risos.co from the address associated with your account and describe the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity, workspace authority, or the scope of the request. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or API keys.

8. Authorized agents

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to act for you, RISOS may request reasonable proof that the agent has authority and may also take reasonable steps to verify the underlying request. We will not require unnecessary sensitive information merely to verify a routine request.

9. Response timing

RISOS responds to verified privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Different jurisdictions provide different deadlines and extension rules, so this page does not state one universal deadline that could conflict with the law that applies to a particular request.

10. Provider-specific timing

Third-party platform requirements can require refresh, invalidation, or deletion on a timeline different from general account deletion. Provider-specific rules control for affected provider data where they impose a shorter or otherwise mandatory requirement.
